Zoltán worked as a graphic designer and creative expert in advertising for 14 years, making things marketable that did not mean much to him. However, 10 years after founding Bike Mafia, a charity organization for homeless people, families in need and social institutions, his creative routine now serves a social cause with a unique, innovative approach to helping people. He focuses on the marginalized sections of society, as by lifting them up, we too move up a level. He believes that this responsibility is as social as the issue of climate change: it is about environmental awareness. He feels first and foremost a volunteer and a person responsible for the environment, and only secondly a leader and a "user".
